The 100 bp DNA Ladder is designed for sizing and approximate quantification of double-stranded DNA fragments on agarose gels. It consists of 12 individual chromatography-purified DNA fragments.
The mixture is supplied in a ready-to-use format containing loading buffer with Orange G and Xylene Cyanol FF tracking dyes for monitoring gel migration during electrophoresis.
