The BR Biochem Benchtop Freeze Dryer (Lyophilizer) removes water from frozen materials by turning ice directly into vapor (sublimation) without becoming liquid. It uses heat for vaporization, vacuum for removal, and a cold collector to condense vapor into ice. Available in -60°C (for water solvents) and -80°C (for low freezing point substances) models.
